Inclusion criteria: All Patients with Chronic Neck Pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cardio pulmonary condition Fractures in and around cervical spine Cervical pain with unilateral or bilateral radiculopathy. Shoulder condition restricting the biomechanics of breathing Structural spinal deformities restricting the normal biomechanics of breathing. TMJ pathologies resulting in cervical pain Migraine pain Prolapsed intervertebral disc
