Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing cardiac surgery which requires pericardial opening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pre operative arrhythmias 2 refuse to participate 3 poor echogenic window

Effect of pericardium on RV systolic function as measured by TAPSE and RVLS before and after pericardiectomy.Timepoint: two minutes before pericardectomy two minutes after pericardectomy before and after pericardiectomy.
