Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: male volley ball players, age group of 18â??25 years, clinical diagnosis of sub acromial impingement syndrome by an orthopedic surgeon, pain localised to the proximal anterolateral shoulder region, positive for pain on at least one of the following three impingement tests: Hawkins-Kennedy, Neerâ??s, Jobeâ??s and (iv) positive for pain on at least one of the following four tests: painful arc, drop arm test, lift-off test, and resisted external rotation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: large, full-thickness rotator cuff tear, history of previous injury around shoulder, severe labrum or capsule tear, moderate-severe glenohumeral or acromioclavicular joint osteoarthritis, glenohumeral joint instability including previous shoulder dislocation/subluxation, neurological deficits of the upper limb patient with radiating pain, severe pain around the shoulder or neck pain, skin infections. history of Fracture around shoulder complex,
