Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men age group ranging from 40 to 60 years Diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus subjects with less than 3 years of duration HbA1c levels ranging from 6.4% to 8% BMI ranging from 25 to 29.9 kg/m2 Subjects scoring mild to moderate in perceived stress scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin dependent subjects diagnosed cases of osteoporosis, active inflammation, tumors, metabolic bone diseases past history of any spinal injuries less than one years any skin infections and open wounds at mobilization site non ambulatory, vertigo, postural hypo or hyper tension, uncontrolled severe hypertension, unstable angina, diagnosed cases of myocardial infract
