Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The participants should be women above 60 years, 2.Speaking English or Konkani and 3.With self-reported complaints of fatigue, medically stable, including those with health problems such as diabetes, hypertension, anemia and thyroid that is under control with pharmacological interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Elderly women diagnosed with neurological, psychiatric and major medical or surgical conditions such as cancer, renal failure, cardio-respiratory conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, anemia, thyroid, chronic fatigue syndrome etc will be excluded
