Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age group 18-60 years of either sex undergoing elective lower limb surgeries. 2.ASA Physical Status- ASA grade I &II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient/ guardian refusal for consent 2.ASA grade III and IV 3.Infection at the site of injection 4.Coagulopathy or anticoagulation therapy 5.Spinal deformities 6.Diseases of CNS 7.History of allergy to proposed/used drugs in the study

| To study the efficacy and safety profile of 0.5% (Isobaric) Levobupivacaine and 0.5% (Hyperbaric) Bupivacaine for sub arachnoid block in patient undergoing lower limb surgeries.Timepoint: The level of sensory and motor anaesthesia will be assessed every 3 minutes until readiness of surgery and then every 5 minutes for the first 30 minutes. | — |
