Interventions

Intervention1: povidone iodine 0.6% , dexamethasone 0.1% : patients with adenoviral conjunctivitis will be treated with povidone iodine 0.6% , dexamethasone 0.1% eyedrops four times a day for 1 week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients diagnosed with adenoviral conjunctivitis, positive on Rapid adenoviral antigen kit- RPS adenodetector kit. NIl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other conjunctivitis- bacterial, allergic, mixed infections Presence of any corneal pathology Any herpes infection Steroid responders Patients lost to follow up
