Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II Posted for Modified Radical Mastectomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal ASA Grade III and above Drug allergy Obese(BMI >35 kg per sq.m) Bradycardia Coagulopathy Cardiac Conduction Block Infection at Injection site patient n beta blocker or antiplatelet Psychiatric illness Chronic analgesic Use
