Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having symptoms of post chikungunya arthralgia with history of chikungunya fever. 2. Chronicity less than three years since chikungunya fever infection. 3. Age- 18 years to 60 years irrespective of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having Arthralgia due to Rheumatic Arthritis, Gout, Psoriatic arthritis or any other joint related disease. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Other chronic debilitating disease like STDâ??s, Tuberculosis, Hypertension, Carcinoma etc. 4. Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years.

MeasureTime frame
Changes in Sign And Symptoms As Per Gradation.Timepoint: 1. Weekly assessment for 8 weeks; for changes in sign and symptoms 2. full assessment after completion of treatment(after 8 weeks). 3. follow up on 15th and 30th day after the completion of treatment.

Improvement In Quality Of Life And Social Well being of Patients.Timepoint: Improvement In Quality Of Life And Social Well being of Patients within 2 months.
