Intervention1: Sahayadi taila Nasya and Triphala Churna Orally: Nasya Karma: The medicine will be instilled in both the nostrils in dose of 8-8 drops for 21days and oral administration of Triphala Chu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presbyopia up to +2D will be included in the study. A person fulfills the diagnostic criteria of Timir(Presbyopia). A person willing to take treatment for TImir (Presbyopia).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person not willing to take treatment. A person having age below 35 years and above 45 years. Patient having presbyopia more than +2D. Contraindicated for Nasya. Any previous ophthalmic surgery. Patient having systemic diseases like immunological disease, Diabetes mellitus,Hypertension or any other general debilitating condition. Ocular surface and ophthalmic exclusion like Lid disorder, any infection of external eye like conjuctivities,herpes zoster,glaucoma, Iridocyclitis ,cataract changes, any vitreous disease , any retinal pathology ,any corneal pathology.

Improvements in symptoms of Presbyopia.Timepoint: Upto 45 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in visual efficacy.Timepoint: Patient will be assessed upto 15 days after completion of therapy
