Intervention1: Laryngoscopy and intubation in 25° back up position (Group B): Laryngoscopy will be done in supine HELP first. After 3 minutes of mask ventilation, the position will be changed to 25Â

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 60 years, ASA I and II patients , Anaesthesiologist with experience of minimum 5 intubations in 25° back up position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgeries , Anticipated difficult airway and mask ventilation , risk of aspiration, hemodynamically unstable patients, BMI more than 35
