Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients having classical symptoms of Tamak Shawas like cough,wheezing,dyspnea of mild to moderate degree. 2)Conscious and well oriented. 3)PEFR -60%-90%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Sever cases of Asthma 2)Known case of acute respiratory infection like pneumonia,bronchitis,whooping cough. 3)Cough with fever and vomiting. 4)Known case of congenital heart disease. 5)Known case of chronic infection. 6)PEFR- <40%
