Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria with history of inveraion type of ankle sprain due to sports injury. 2. Age 18 to 45 years 3. Sex Both Male and Female 4.Onset of the last injuru more than 4 months 5. Patient willing tovparticipate for the study 6.Patient suitable for Upanah procedure 7. Patient suitable for Basti procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of fracture to ankle joint 2. Congenital deformity of ankle joint 3. Previous /recent history of surgery to ankle joint 4. Any Nervous system pathology of ankle joint 5.Any Musculo skeletal pathology of ankle joint 6.Any kinds of rheumatological, metabolic,problem related to ankle joint 7. Patient taking medication(local/system)from any other system of medicine.
