Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6-12 years with hearing and speech disability Children with moderate to severe hearing and speech disability Children who require oral prophylaxis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children whose parents denied their participation Children with other systemic diseases Children with other special health care needs Uncooperative children unable to cope up with examination procedure
