Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.New cases of thyroid masses reported as Bethesda III-VI. 2.Cases of thyroid masses reported as definitely Benign lesions (Bethesda II).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases of thyroid masses who have received previous radio or chemo therapy. 2.Cases of thyroid masses who have received previous treatment for hyper- or hypothyroidism.

MeasureTime frame
Based on the expression of these markers differentiating thyroid lesions into various Bethesda categories and correlating with histopathology.Timepoint: Single Time.
