Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on symptomatology of dushta pratishyaya-chronic sinusitis. patients with history of sinusitis minimum of 12 weeks duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients not willing to participate in clinical trial. chronic debilitating infectious diseases. cases with nasal polyp requiring surgical treatment. patients associated with nasal and PNS malignancy. patients with concomitant medication.
