Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus irrespective of sex occupation and duration of illness written consent of patient cases with regular follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from other serious diseases along with type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with diabetic complications patient not coming regularly
