Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1-more than three episodes of air flow obstruction over any period of time 2-recurrent wheeze , prolonged cough , recurrent breathlessness 3-seasonal exacerbations and trigger induced symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1-associated with chronic disorder tuberculosis , cardiac asthma , status asthmaticus , COPD , carcinoma, pleural effusion , pneumothorax 2-congenital and genetic malformations 3-serious systemic disorders 4-any infectious or immunological disorder
