Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults, 1.Who are willing to participate. 2.who can speak Telugu or English. 3.Present residential of selected villages, Nellore. 4.Diagnosed as hypertensive with history one year. • Newly diagnosed hypertensives with stage I and II on three consecutive readings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults with, 1.Optimal, normal and high normal blood pressure(130/90mm of Hg). 2.Critical illness.

MeasureTime frame
1.Early prediction of signs of CAD. 2.Identify the lifestyle practices causing HTN and CAD. Timepoint: 1.At 4 weeks Early prediction of signs of CAD will be assessed. 2.At 8 weeks Identification of the lifestyle practices causing HTN and CAD will be assessed.
