Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Participants willing to participate in the study -Age of the patient population 18-25 -Silverskoild test positive -Active knee extension test >= 20°

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Subjects having any hip, knee and ankle joint pathology -Subjects having prolapsed intervertebral disc or any back pathology -History of any lowerlimb or back surgery -Any systematic illness -Female participants
