Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients greater than 18 years Patients with Atrial Fibrillation and/or Valve Replacement on Vitamin K antagonists

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with multiple thromoembolic/bleeding episodes Patients using NOACs Patients using AC for other indications other than AF/Valve Replacement

To compare the incidence of major bleeding and thromboembolic events before and after the implementation of the INR-ASSIST APP. Number of appropriate Red Alerts received by the patientTimepoint: 6 months
