Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are available at the time of data collection Those who are willing to participate in the study Those who are selecting nurses registered nurses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who are not engaging themselves in any of the invasive procedures and posted in administrative tasks.

The study will further provide valuable information regarding adherence to needle stick injury preventive measures by nurses which further enhance quality of health care by means of preventing infection.Timepoint: It prevents infections and promote safe care in long run.
