Inclusion criteria: ALL ADULT PATIENTS UNDERGOING LUNG RESECTION SURGERY AT A TERTIARY LEVEL RESEARCH INSTITUTE AND HOSPITAL IN INDIA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 PATIENT REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE IN STUDY 2 INABILITY TO PERFORM SIX MINUTE WALK TEST 3 POOR ECHOCARDIGRAPHIC WINDOW IN PERIOPERATIVE PERIOD
