Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Displaced acetabular fracture with quadrilateral plate fracture with displacement greater than or equal to 3mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with visceral injuries requiring colostomy and/or suprapubic catheterization. Open acetabular fractures Pathological fracture. Intra-articular bony fragment requiring posterior approach More than 4 week old acetabular fracture
