Intervention1: Nature based Virtual reality along with nature based sounds: A 20 minutes Nature based Virtual Reality along with nature based sounds session will be provided to the intervention group

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregiver of individual with SMI (Bipolar Disorders or Schizophrenia) as per Diagnostic & Statistical Manual (DSM-5) 2. Staying with patient for at least previous 1 month 3. Staying in ward for 7 days for at least 12 hours/day
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hearing problems 2. Visual deficits 3. History of having received treatment for mental illness 4. History of seizure 5. Taking sleeping pills/ sedatives/ hypnotics/ cough syrup 6. Paid caregiver 7. Not willing to participate in the study
