Intervention1: Trans cutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS): TENS delivered at 2hz frequency and 300ms pulse duration delivered at an intensity less than 30mA Control Intervention1: Placebo TENS

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed to have pruritoceptive pruritus as a primary symptom. conventional intervention for management of pruritus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malignancies neuropathic pruritus implanted programmable devices peripheral neuropathies which may render neuro modulation ineffective.
