Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of either sex of American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I or II undergoing any surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientsâ?? refusal to participate 2. ASA PS III or higher 3. Pregnancy 4. BMI 30 kg/m2 5. Patients with known aortic valve diseases
