Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People diagnosed with mild- moderate asthma according to their symptom, history and treatment (GINA guidelines 2004 and 2019) and FEV1 with reversibility after 200-400 mg salbutamol, increase or decrease in FEV1 of >12% or >200ml from baseline, a change in PEF by 20%. Age from 18 to 65 years Subjects who can comprehend and read in Kannada language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Non-smokers. • History of exacerbation in past 3 months. • Patients with known cardiac disease
