Intervention1: Prolotherapy in periarticular areas and retrodiscal tissues with 25% dextrose in the involved temporomandibular joint: Group 2 will be patients with Wilkes stage 1 or 2 internal derange

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of one or more symptoms of Wilkeâ??s stage I/II TMD in unilateral or bilateral TM joints, namely: a. Clicking/Popping/grating in the TMJ b. Pain in the TMJ region, during or without function c. Reduced maximal mouth opening d. Reduced excursions of the TMJ (Protrusive, lateral) e. Deviation of jaw towards one side during opening 2. MRI evidence of anterior disc displacement with reduction (Wilkeâ??s stages 1 and 2) 3. Non responders to conservative modalities for management
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence or history of Rheumatoid arthritis or any other connective tissue disorders 2. Allergy to corn (as dextrose is a corn product) 3. Patients having deformed TMJs as a consequence of some localized disease e.g. Condylar hyperplasia, Hemifacial microsomia, tumour etc. 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases. 5. Patients ongoing chemo or radio therapy 6. Pregnant patients
