Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Visually impaired children of age 6-12 with incipient white spot carious lesions on first permanent molars (minimum one). 2.H54.0- Biocular Blind (International statistical classification of disease, WHO) without any other physical or mental disability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants with partial visual impairment. 2)Participants with visual impairment associated with any systemic conditions or associated disability. 3)Participants who cannot perform self help oral hygiene skills. 4)Patient with white spot lesion of fluorosis, enamel hypoplasia, post -traumatic white spot lesions and post orthodontic decalcification.
