Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregiver of clinically diagnosed Paranoid Schizophrenic patient who has been looking after the patient for the last 6 months A caregiver who is also a family member of paranoid schizophrenic patient Caregiver who can read, speak and understand Odia (Native language of State) Caregiver above the age group of 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: caregivers who are not willing to participate
