Tele-rehabilitation is newer treatment approach in which an information or communication technology such as virtual environment using Ninento wii Fit Plus is used to reduce signs and symptoms of motion sickness, vestibular system dysfunction in small children.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children between age 7-12 years 2) Children susceptible by common transports namely bus cars and coaches, trains. 2) Both gender 3) Short Motion sickness susceptibility questionnaire score above mean levels of 7.75 4) Children on medication related to motion sickness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children without informed consent ( Child Ascent and parentâ??s consent both) 2) Medically diagnosed conditions such as asthma, panic disorders, anxiety disorder, gastrointestinal disorder, neurological disorder 3) Children not willing to participate
