Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-children who meet the criteria of mental retardation 2-willing and able to participate for 6 months 3-consent obtained from parents or gaurdian

Exclusion criteria: 1-children suffering from systemic disease 2-children suffering from infectious disease 3-children suffering from progressive neurological disorder
