Intervention1: sarvanga abhyanga, anulomana with eranda taila, madutalika basti and rasna guggulu: sarvanga abhyanga with bala taila and bhaspa sweda for 3 days, anulomana with eranda taila (30-70ml)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients indicated for basti karma. Patients willing to sign the consent for study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intake of ACE inhibitors Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension Tuberculosis of spine Malignancy of spine or other organs Fracture related to spine Anemia (hemoglobin % Patients contraindicated for basti.
