Intervention1: Kanta loha bhasma: Each patient will receive 1 tablet made of 250mg Kanta loha bhasma +65mg Triphala Ghana, twice a day (15 mins before meal) duration 8 weeks Control Intervention1: Kan

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Known patient of type 2 diabetes and also preliminary diagnosed patients .patients having fasting blood sugar >126mg/dl and/or PPBS >200mg/dl or elevated HbA1C

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Patients of any other severe illnes .Patients having diabetic non healing wound,systemic infection,malignant and accelarated hypertensive .Patients having severe anaemia Hb% .Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,end stage renal disease
