Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group of 18 to 45 years, belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) physical status class II or III undergoing caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal disease; allergy to any of the study drugs; history of chronic pain or taking any pain medication; inability to comprehend visual analogue scale(VAS) or history of any psychiatric illness
