Interventions

Intervention1: Yoga therapy: The Yoga Therapy will be given in form of Asanas and Pranayama. All the Asanas will be given to the participants and instructed to reach the final posture however finding
in particular, raised heels should be lowered slowly. â?ªThe breathing should be controlled. The benefits of Asanas increase if the specific Pranayama to the yoga type is performed. â?ªThe best time t
Bhujasana, Trikonasana, Viparita Karni and Paschimottanasana will be practiced. For 4-6 weeks: Suryanamaskara will be performed for 10 repetitions
Shalabhasana , Parsva-konasana, Sarvangasana and Ushtrasana will be introduced. For 6-8 weeks: Suryanamaskara will be performed for 15 repetitions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed Polycystic Ovary Syndrome participants .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of contraceptives/hormone treatment within previous 6 weeks,Thyroid abnormalities, non-classic adrenal hyperplasia, hyperprolactinemia, Smoking, Participants engaged in yoga therapy and/or aerobic training and/or any other form of exercises.

Body composition using TANITA, BMI and Waist- Hip Ratio, Blood pressure, Blood Glucose and Quality of life using PCOSQ-26 scale.Timepoint: One day
