Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age >18 years with chronic oGVHD with DED (of severity > grade 2 of the DEWs DED severity Grading / 1 â?? 3 scoring of NIH Consensus Criteria on ocular manifestation of cGVHD) 2.Platelets in peripheral blood >120 000/ï?L 3.No active systemic or ocular infections (including HBV, HCV & HIV) at the time of Platelet Rich Growth factors Drops (PRGD) preparation & treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing for participation / follow-up 2.Other ocular surface co-morbidities
