Inclusion criteria: All patients of bladder cancer attending urology department in JIPMER.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases Hepatitis, Liver cirrhosis and other liver diseases Patient on steroid therapy and recent radiotherapy Other malignancies Obesity
