Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be diagnosed on the basis of classical signs and symptoms of vicharchika.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from hepatitis B , HIV , Tuberculosis , Diabetes. 2.Patients suffering from other major medical and psychiatric disorders. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Patients from age group below 16 and above 60 years.

To assess the effect of therapy , objectively all signs and symptoms were given scoring depending upon their severity: 1. complete relief - 100% relief 2. Marked improvement - 76% to 99% relief 3. Moderate improvement - 51% to 75% relief 4. Mild improvement - 26% to 50% relief 5. No improvement- 0% to 25% reliefTimepoint: 1. Patients will be given two sitting in a week with total eight sitting in four weekend. 2. assessment will be done on 30th day.
