Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with mediastinal lymphadenitis along with myocardial inflammation/scar and one of the following : 1-Sustained or non sustained ventricular tachycardia 2- Bifasicular block or higher degree conduction abnormalities 3-Ventricular Dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Structural heart disease 2-Valvular heart disease 3-Significant coronary artery disease 4-Metabolic and/ or electrolyte abnormalities known to cause cardiac arrhythmias 5-Long QT syndrome
