Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obesity Raised waist circumference Hypertension Diabetes mellitus Dyslipidemia Reduced renal mass Low birth weight history of renal stones Hematuria Proteinuria Family history of CKD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory bowel disease History of bowel surgery within last 6 months History of bowel obstruction or infection Severe cardiopulmonary disease Malignancy HIV Ongoing infection Antibiotic treatment in last 3 months Pregnancy/ lactation Recent gastrointestinal bleed in the last 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To establish a library of gut microbiota profiling in population at risk of chronic kidney disease. To analyze the relationship of dysbiosis with inflammation and early markers of kidney injury. To compare the differences in gut microbiota in population at risk and normal control population Timepoint: 36 months
