Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status I and II Patients undergoing major surgery which require atleast two hour arterial blood pressure monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac, hepatic or renal dysfunction 2. Bilateral pulmonary disease 3. Pregnancy 4. Hypertension 5. Neurosurgery and cardiothoracic vascular surgery

To detect whether perfusion index(PI), pleth variability index(PVI) and pulse pressure variation(PPV) values can predict hypotension after general anaesthesia induction during major surgeryTimepoint: To detect whether perfusion index(PI), pleth variability index(PVI) and pulse pressure variation(PPV) can predict hypostension by 5 minutes after anaesthesia induction.
