Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age between 30-70 years. 2.Patients who are willing to participate in the study 3. Patients who are available at the of data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid diseases. 2.Pregnant woman and lactating mothers. 3.Patients with Type I diabetes mellitus 4.Patients with Type II Diabetes in critical care units.

to maintain normal blood sugar levels. to help manage diabetes. Decrease Hemoglobin A1c levels and maintain to normal levels. Increase Insulin SensitivityTimepoint: to maintain normal blood sugar levels.1 week to help manage diabetes. 2 weeks Decrease Hemoglobin A1c levels and maintain to normal levels. 3 weeks Increase Insulin Sensitivity. 3 weeks
