Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with age more than 25 years with Serum Sodium >135 at admission undergoing orthopaedic surgery will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with conditions known for hyponatremia (e.g. cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, congestivecardiacfailure, orAIDS) and syndrome of inappropriate anti-diuretic hormone secretion (head trauma, meningitis, stroke, subarachnoidor subdural haemorrhage, Guillainâ??Barre syndrome, aspergillosis, lung abscess, pneumonia,tuberculosis, intermittent porphyria and acute psychosis) will be excluded
