Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 2-4 patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy scheduled for both elective and emergent below knee surgical procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy. Known allergy to local anaesthetics. Pregnancy. Liver failure. Open ankle injury. Vascular injury. Patients with diabetic keto acidosis/ altered mental status. Difficult sono-anatomy. Distal lower limb vascular procedures and paralyzed limb.
