Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of early to moderate primary open-angle glaucoma (acc to HPA classification) with IOP 21mmHg or less 2. Visual Acuity (Better eye) > or equal to 6/18 3. Patients should be 40-80 years of age Conversant in Hindi or English 4. Willing to attend/perform the course of meditation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having other co-morbid ocular conditions other than glaucoma contributing to the visual loss. 2. Patients having chronic systemic diseases that could significantly affect quality of life 3. Patients with any ocular surgery in previous 3 months 4. Patients on medical therapy for any other disease 5. Patients already practising yoga or meditation in any form 6. Patients who are deaf or communication impaired or with subnormal mentation
