Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult (more than 18 years of age) cancer patients currently on active chemotherapy treatment at Max Institute of Cancer Care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not able to give consent Patient less than 18 years age on the day of enrollment
