Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically diagnosed with cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, neuromuscular and musculoskeletal condition and receiving treatment for the same. 2. History of smoking, alcohol

MeasureTime frame
To find 6MWD and 1minSTS repititions and correlate them.Timepoint: Parameters will be taken at Baseline and recovery as post immediate and every two minutes will be taken untill parameters return to baseline. Parameters include Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, spO2, Rate of perceived exertion by Borgs scale. Both the tests will be performed on the same day.After the first test the next one will be done once the hemodynamic parameters reach baseline.
