Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having Menopausal symptoms with kapha predominance. 2.Patients having BMI >25 & 3.Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not having menopausal symptoms having kapha predominance 2.Premature menopause 3.Delayed menopause 4.Patients taking HRT 5.Patients suffering from any major illness 6.Not willing to participate in the study
